1. Storing all the searches that you have done on your business portal for 3 months

2. Providing information and a link to search for more information in the NCA

3. Distributing security alerts on an as and when necessary basis.  This highlights the scams currently being used as well as highlights habitual defaulters that repeatedly come across our desk.

4. informing our customers of the businesses that have been listed that week.  This is an informal way of building up an industry flagging system.

5. Providing downloadable credit application, terms and conditions based on the NCA, paper based listing form process for fax usage, description of the lengthy legal process etc.

6. Networking and advertising.  Early on in the life of Accountability we realised that our members have three things in common.  They are good citizens, down to earth business people, who want to provide a good product and service to make a living and they are sick and tires of bad debt.  We thus developed Accessibility which allows all of our members to network and trade with one another.  Accessibility is our networking and advertising site.  This community is where our members prefer to have business from and to give business to.

7. Searches into neighbouring Botswana, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho.

8. Trace alerts on an id number around the country.

9. Providing a 24 hour bank code.  Allthough not highly recommended by Accontability we still provide the service.

10. Being able to do a deed search from one of the 8 deedsearch offices in SA.

11. Ongoing improvements and additional products.
